Rules regarding arresting suspects

When you arrive at a suspects location try to get the suspect to give himself up by putting his hands in the air, if he does not comply then you are advised to taze the suspect. After the suspect has been cuffed you MUST then read the suspect their Miranda Rights. Those who shoot to kill will be suspended, as our aim is to protect civilians, not kill them. If suspects do have firearms, and are wielding, you may then have full permission to use your firearm, however if the civilian is un-armed, only a tazer can be used.

Rules regarding uniforms

All recruits must wear tactical gear (SWAT) at all times. Operatives and above must wear some sort of professional uniform that represents ARES in a good way. (No hobo skins, clown skins, police officer skins) Those who are seen wearing inappropriate skins will be striked. A second strike will lead to a termination. It is also recommended you have a SWAT vest ((Swat toy)) at all times. However, this isn't mandatory.
